Nice clean and tidy reception, friendly welcome, the reception staff member was really helpful and welcoming, explained the hotel facilities to us and always greeted us when we passed. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice layout, modern design, and had air conditioning which was great with the warm weather that week. The shower was good and plenty room. The Breakfast was very good, great selection of traditional cooked breakfast and continental, even make your own waffles. There is a basic gym on the 1st floor with modern equipment. Parking was Free and there was plenty spaces. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay, and only half hour drive into Aberdeen.
Very clean, easy to get to place to stay. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. There is a basic menu of snacks and dishes if you're hungry available 24 hours. There's a bar and seating area for you to relax in. The complimentary breakfast had a good choice of English and continental choices. Would stay again for a one or two nights stop over.
It's a remote location but this might suit you and it is a large hotel with spacious parking. Check in was fast and efficient and free fast WiFi simple to use. I like this brand and the rooms are modern and clean and just about big enough - no more or less. The bar brands were boring and limited but the complementary breakfast is very simple yet pleasant. Coffee not great though. Nice modern hotel and brand at good value point.
Room good - clean and comfortable. Wifi free, fast and reliable. Full cooked or continental breakfast buffet very good and included in my booking. Only negative would be that the entrance/bar area and dining area is a bit characterless. Overall good value and happy to recommend it.
Fab budget hotel, it didn't feel like a budget hotel. Nice and New, everything very modern and clean. The breakfast was fab, especially the freshly made waffles and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend it. You would need a car as its quite a bit out of town, but it didn't bother us as we drove up from Fife. I would go back again if I was visiting Aberdeen in future.
Thanks to the helpful receptionist on 17-18 Feb. We arrived late at night with wrong booking dates, but he managed to amend our booking and welcomed us . We enjoyed breakfast with chef Noa who was happily running all the tables and checking the guests' preferences and Molly who worked hard to keep everything tidy, thanks The hotel is 15-20 minutes from Aberdeen. Modern clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended
I had a fantastic stay in Room 148 at this hotel! The Evening duty Manager provided amazing service - he was cheerful, friendly, and perfectly suited to his role. Overall, the hotel's service, environment, and staff were outstanding. My room was of a high quality and the services provided were top-notch. The breakfast service was particularly noteworthy. The staff member who served us was friendly and genuinely nice. The breakfast itself was brilliantly cooked, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its breakfast. Additionally, there is plenty of free onsite parking available, and it's conveniently located near a McDonald's, Tesco, and fuel station (with the cheapest prices in the area), all less than a 5-minute drive away. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!
This was an amazing stay. It cost around £60 for a family of 4 to stay overnight. The room was minimalistic but could've maybe done with some more towels - which in all fairness we could've phoned down for. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location was around 15/20 minutes away from the city centre - near AFC's training ground. Breakfast was from 6 - 10 am which consisted of a full cooked breakfast buffet, cereal, toast, pastries, fruit juice, hot drinks and various fruits. The gym was small but actually exactly what you would want. Under 18's are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult. There is also a nice bar on the ground floor with non alcoholic drinks available too. All in all a lovely hotel. Would definitely recommend compared to other chain hotels.
